What happens after ordering?
You will be contacted by BBK Foods LLC to confirm availability of products within 24h of placing an order.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive and invoice after the order is confirmed and ready for pick-up.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted in the online shop?
All orders must be pre-paid within 24H via Check/Wire Transfer unless agreed otherwise.
We do not accept credit cards.
Can I apply for a credit with BBK Foods?
Yes, you must fill out a credit application. BBK Foods LLC’s maximum credit term is Net 30 days, based on a credit check. If the credit account is not paid in full after the Net 30-day period, BBK Foods LLC. reserves the right to move the account payment terms from credit to C.O.D. until the account is paid in full. BBK Foods LLC reserves the right to assess late account payment fees as described under the policy’s (9) Late fee terms.

Delivery
What are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop?
Minimum order value with free delivery within 30 miles of BBK Foods LLC’s warehouse location is $1000.00. There is a $500.00 minimum order for self-pickup from the warehouse.
Do you deliver outside of 30 miles of BBK Foods LLC warehouse?
Please call us if you need delivery that is out of state or more than 30 miles of BBK Foods LLC warehouse. We can help find transportation services if you don’t have one.
How long the delivery takes?
It takes up to 72h from confirming your order. You will be contacted by BBK Foods LLC to schedule a delivery.
